HOW TO BOOK A SERVICE AT OUR SALON?
You can book your service with us by calling to our reception to the following numbers: 787-334-0101 or 787-678-3355.
You can also book your appointment online in the top menu of this website at the book now link. First make an account, then follow the steps through. You can choose the services desire at the times available and also you can select the staff member for your service. Please make sure you selected all the services you want before you book online.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
It is important that you download the Fresha app and create an account. After you have set up your account with your personal info and your credit card info, you can look for us in the app and book your appointments with your desire staff and time preference. When you book your appointment online make sure you have selected all the services you need. We cannot provide any other services than the ones booked by you. We managed our agenda by time slots and we cannot provide any other services than the ones booked. It is important that you assist to your appointment. If you do not show up, cancel or re-schedule your appointment 48 hours prior, you will be automatically charged 25% of the total service to the credit card registered in your account.
WORKING HOURS
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The day before your service you will receive an email to confirm your appointment. In necessary occasions you will also receive a call from our receptionists. If we do not hear back from you before 12pm the day before your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled and you will have to make a new one.
If you confirmed your appointment and did not show up or call to cancel and this happens more than once we will not provide any future appointments and you will be block from our system. If we do accept to provide you a new appointment you will have to pay 25% of the previous appointment you did not show up. To not be charged please make sure you cancel or re-schedule your appointment 48 hours prior. In case of a last minute emergency get in touch with us and we will understand and make the accommodations for you.
It is important that you attend to your appointment at the hour reserved. We will give you 5 mins to arrive. If you do not arrive 5 mins after your reserved time your appointment will be cancel. We may fill that space with other clients available for any service at the salon at the moment.
For any hair color services or treatments there is a $50 deposit required. There is no refunds of this deposit if you do not show up to your appointment.
NAIL SERVICES GUARANTEE
We provide a guarantee on nails services for lifted gel polished or a cracked acrylic nail or similar to this, if it happened in less than 48 hours. We will replace that one nail without cost if we understand it could be an error on our end. We will try to accommodate you in our services calendar as soon as possible with the same staff member.
We do not make any refunds on services. Remember sometimes a nail polished could come in damaged or the client slip the fingers and the lamps didn't curate the nails as it should. So many things can happen.
